We’ve got some great stuff already happening for 2011 and beyond! Our list of upcoming events will include Dance, Food, Coffee, Recording, and of course Jazz. Your support will give us the resources we need to make these projects as terrific as they truly deserve to be.
To raise funds, the SJCE is running a Micro-Patronage campaign. Become a bona-fide patron of the arts whose hard-earned money directly contributes to artists’ success. In return for you support you get some cool special edition items and other backstage opportunities to observe the SJCE in action. Please check out the 6 Micro-Patronage packages below and click the link to purchase. If you prefer to send a check just scroll down to the end of the post and you’ll find the mailing address.
When you fund the SJCE, you give a gift that keeps on giving. Besides being tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law, your donation will be spent on working, professional artists and craftspeople, who will be able to continue to make the Seattle Music Scene a constant source of pride for our city.
SJCE is partnered with Shunpike, a non-profit fiscal sponsorship and consultation company specializing in arts organizations. Through this partnership, any donation you make and portions of the cost of the micro-patronage packages are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
Micro-Patronage Packages:
$15 – 1 lb SJCE exclusive blend coffee roasted by Middlefork Roasters.
$25 – 3 CD’s by affiliated SJCE artists and admission to an SJCE event.
$35 – Listing as a producer on SJCE’s forthcoming record plus package #2. $10 of the cost is tax-deductible.
$50 – 1 lb SJCE coffee plus package #2. $15 of the cost is tax-deductible.
$100 – High-quality art book by co-director Nate Omdal featuring his paintings and renderings used for record album art and SJCE posters plus package #2. $50 of the cost is tax-deductible.
$150 – a $50 gift certificate to Gaspare’s Ristorante (Seattle, WA), amazing Southern Italian comfort food, plus 1 lb SJCE coffee. $65 is tax deductible.
Please feel free to just make a donation as well. If you have a few hundred dollars to spare, or some loose change in the sofa, every little bit helps.
